Build Amazing Videos & Get More Eyes on Them!

Video is one of the most important aspects of your marketing plan, and it's crucial that your videos are being seen by those who matter most. Let's take a look at some of the most effective types of marketing videos and how to increase views on them:
  • Product Videos – Product videos are the next best thing to viewing a product in-person. They give a 360-degree view of your products and showcase all their tangible aspects. You can create a product video or expand it into a complete product demo.
  • Explainer Videos – Do you have a product or service that needs extra explaining? An explainer video makes it super simple to digest more complex information and is a great way to educate your prospects and customers on all your services.
  • Webinars – Webinars will help you directly connect with a highly engaged audience eager to learn about your products and services. They give you 30 to 60 minutes to talk about a topic of your choice and often include a live Q&A at the end, allowing your prospects to ask all the questions they have.
  • Company Updates/Statements – Businesses have leaned on video to make some of the most important announcements regarding their companies or the industry as a whole. Using video for your company update is a great way to put a face to your statement, and it creates a more personal connection with your audience.
  • Testimonials – Have customers who love your products and company? A testimonial video is an effective method for sharing positive feedback about your business.
  • Employee Videos – Your employees are the backbone of your business, so it’s good to give them a voice! An employee testimonial video can add more faces to your company name and give your customers an inside look at who’s behind the scenes.
 
If you have great promotional videos already built, you may be wondering how to get more eyes on them. Here are a few key places to include your videos:

  • Your Website – The home page of your website is the first thing distributors see, so it’s the perfect place to include your videos. Your About Us video can be included on your About tab, and any other educational videos can be included as additional resources. 
  • Social Media – Social media is the #1 place you should include your videos. Social media users go to these platforms specifically to see video, which is the preferred form of content. Attract new prospects and engage social media users when you include your videos in your social media strategy. 
  • Email Signature – Don't forget about your email! Every time you communicate through email, include a link to your videos in your email signature for even more exposure (and even gain more traffic to your website). 
  • Presentations – Your product videos (or expanded product demos) will be your best sales tools time and time again. Simply click play on your video during your product presentations and have the video do the work for you, telling prospects and customers all the features of your products.
  • Supplier Store – A Supplier Store is a one-stop shop in ESP that includes your products, videos, contact information and so much more. It’s a place that’s essentially built for marketing assets like your videos!
  • ESP Websites – ESP Websites are a pool of distributor e-commerce-enabled websites that reach end-buyers, letting you gain exposure for your products in front of a new audience. Opt for prime positioning and lock in the Featured Video ad spot, which makes your video appear on the home page of all ESP Websites.
  • ESP Product Listing – Distributors can filter ESP search results by which suppliers have videos for their products. Make sure your products aren’t left out of their results by always including a video on your product detail page.
