Building Your Brand Image Online

Building a brand image and maintaining an online presence is super important, which is why I’m diving into two successful examples of companies that do this. There are so many lessons you can learn from them, including how to appeal to all demographics in our industry (and you know there are a lot of different personas).

Let’s start with one of my favorites: Etsy. It’s really THE perfect place to find handmade gifts, vintage clothes or unique jewelry, and I have to tell you, a quick visit sucks me into a long one in no time. How does this always happen? Well, I start by going to the contacts page so I can see a little more about the company, customer ratings and reviews, and the entire product collection. That’s where the magic happens! I can’t resist looking through all the products, and before long, I’m not just browsing; I’m buying additional items because I just have to have the cool stuff I find.

If you haven’t used Etsy, I’m sure you’ve used Amazon – you know, the largest online shopping avenue on Earth. They have the same deal – every company can have an Amazon Store where they list products, reviews and contact information, making it easily accessible to consumers. That’s another place where we all can get pulled into buying additional products. Sometimes, I know I have to see something to be reminded that it’s something I want or something I can use. Amazon Stores encourage browsing AND buying, which is why I think they’re so successful.

Did you know ASI® has followed this trend of online storefronts??? I’m excited to tell you about our ESP® Supplier Stores.

A Supplier Store is a one-stop shop for distributors to find anything – and I mean anything – they need to know about your company. Here, your products are listed, you have About Us sections (to let distributors know more about you and connect with you), videos (who doesn’t love a 360-degree view of products they want to buy?), and so much more. Like I said: It’s just another way to turn browsing into buying.

Start building your brand today – just like other successful online companies, and hop on the bandwagon with ESP Supplier Stores.
