I have loved seeing how businesses have stayed true to their brand messaging and motives, the creative ways they’ve stayed in touch with their consumers and the outlets they’ve used to do just that. Some have offered specials, while others have opted for just simple check-ins.
One of my favorite brands is ClassPass. ClassPass is a subscription that I have had for a little over a year now and continue to love and re-up each month. ClassPass is a wellness application that provides access to different fitness classes such as yoga, strength training, barre, martial arts, Pilates, boxing and indoor cycling classes. ClassPass' mission is to motivate people to lead inspired lives every day by introducing and seamlessly connecting them to soul‑nurturing experiences. They’ve partnered with a plethora of gyms and fitness studios so subscribers get a full-rounded experience. They offer on-demand videos for at-home workouts and the application is totally easy to use. As for my loyalty as a consumer, one of the most important things to me personally is customer service. I was once stuck in traffic and missed a class that I had signed up for on the app. The classes work on a credit basis, so their customer service team placed those missed class credits right back on my account without hesitation. During the COVID-19 crisis, they have even waived fees for those struggling financially. They have adapted so well to the current climate by promoting their new mantra of "Workout everywhere" and partnering with a ton of new studios offering live workout videos. Their social media pages are motivational and not overly invasive. ClassPass is a brand that sticks to their core values, adapts effectively to the economic climate, and works to fully understand and meet the needs of their clientele. It is definitely one of my favorite brands and I cannot wait to get back out there to physical classes when studios and gyms reopen! What I love about this brand:
