​Today I want to talk about a way you can build trust and credibility with your prospects. You can do this by making sure your products listed in ESP® are updated and accurate. Ensuring that you have the most up-to-date information on your product listings is crucial because they’re a reflection of your business. 

​So, let’s cover some basics about updating your product information in ESP and the things you need to look out for:
 

• Ratings – Distributors pay attention to your ratings in ESP. They’re personal reviews of your company and are therefore crucial to your success. Reach out to some distributor partners you’ve done business with and ask them to rate you or mention it in your email signature.
• Confirmed Product – The blue checkmark on your product listing means that your product is up to date and accurate, letting searching distributors know that you have a trustworthy product and what they see is what they get. Do all your products have blue checkmarks?
• Product Images – Now is a great time to make sure all of your product images are uploaded. Does your product come in multiple colors? Make sure there are images of each available color. Your goal is to give the very best depiction of your products.
• Product Information – Is your information up to date? Having current product information clearly displayed will help distributors make purchasing decisions.
• Video – Video is huge and will continue to be a driving force in the marketing world. Distributors want the option of a 360-degree view of a product before purchasing. If you can, show the product being physically used or worn to give prospects a better idea of what your product looks like and how it functions. 
• Specials – Everyone loves a good special! Do you offer free shipping? Are you running a certain discount for a limited time? Let prospects know about it!

 
Giving your potential customers all of the necessary information to guide them in their purchasing decisions is the first step to success.
