It all starts with your ESP® product prices. Log in to your account and be sure your products are up to date with accurate cost and inventory info.
Next, take a close look at your product details in ESP. If your product comes in a variety of colors, do you have all of them listed? Make sure you’re not missing out on anything so that searching distributors get the clear picture of your product offerings.
How are your supplier ratings? Reach out to past customers and ask them to rate you.
Check in on past customers. Having these conversations keeps you in contact with buyers who are going to come back to you once all this has settled down. Make sure you stay engaged, and utilize your social media outlets and email marketing to do so. Take this time to strengthen what makes your business tick, and that’s the relationships you build with people!
